Dave also brought this to court before and wasn't able to invalidate it the judge ruled it was legal. That's when he chose to make the false PR. First Dave made it using Ed's name. 1 Hour later another one just the same but with Dave's name added. Then another one with both names but with Ed's email this time... Then a last one on another site... so that's 4 PR's just 1 day before the actual shareholders meeting..that's when sirhag posted it as a sticky.
Just the fact that this was done just one day before the meeting proves they are fighting air. If the nomination committee was real then they would have done the firing long ago not 1 day before Dave knew he was gonna be voted off.
