It appears to me like there's been some turmoil within management and things have just not been completed as they should have been...yet. You can do 1 of 2 things...sell and move on or hold if you think there's possibility of management getting their chit together and making this work. Griping daily on a message board is not going to help you or anyone here unless you want to buy cheaper shares. Period.
Just keep in mind...this has come down on low volume(fact). Anything good that comes from MLXO to the public in form of a PR will make this move pretty easy. As far as filings go...this is a pink. Risk/reward... sometimes it pays off and sometimes it don't.
I've been hearing 2 sides to this story and I won't be posting any of it because again...it's hearsay...only time will tell.
