#269 RE: iheartweimers #268

I don't think it can go much lower. (famous last words). I personally think (hope) that big money investors will see this as a great entry point, helping the stock to rebound. I don't think it will hit the trading levels of a year ago until production is actually underway. Once financing is actually in place, it may be viewed as the "right time" to enter for some.

I do think that if REEs get lots of public awareness, or if trade tarrifs on solar are implemented, China would certainly retaliate as they have in the past. Typically their retaliation is in witholding exports such as REEs. They still supply almost all of global production. The US trade commission may act soon after New Years. Maybe it's hope more than fact, but I see a good January for AVL prices.

I like the mining sector, even if 2011 has been a disaster on prices. My prediction is that January will see a recovery of AVL to at least high two range, maybe as high as $3.15. Then, a drop back towards current levels but not as low. When financing is in place I think the stock will pop. From that point forward, I think AVL will slowly and steadily climb back up, unless setbacks occur such as delays and trouble with final approvals.

Of course, all this is speculation, and all bets are off if the global economy tanks bigtime. It's New Years and a good time to reflect and to look forward to a healthy, safe and prosperous New Yearfor all.

Happy New Year anf GLTA!
