Sorry Tall, but none of those define a business venture. A consulting firm is not a "product" oriented business venture and would NEVER generate the revenue we expected and invested in. And the warehouse blurb is ONLY a status update of what HAS been. And even THEY said they didn't expect the counter-offer to be accepted. Besides, how long has that been going on? Seems if they were REALLY interested in getting something started, they would have moved past that long ago.
