Lochan, FWIW, a few months ago, briggs did say they were leaving out the seafood business for ease of filings. They were ultimately going to rolled into Bayport the public company. Didn't make any sense to me then as Bayport is what it is, and should have all the subs.

But that was a few months ago and I am sure many things have changed.

Why on Gods Green Earth would you buy into a Seafood company when Mining and Oil and Gas are the main focus?

Even the website says FUTURE PROJECTS and has Seafood listed.

In my very humble opinion, mining and oil/gas allow for much much more volatile PPS (in a good way) than boring old seafood.
