imo the divy deal changed for the shareholders when they merged HYDRA into iVoice Innovations instead of iVoice, but were paid in iVoice (IVOI) shares
IVOI will go public with HYDRA/Innovations and may trade at .08-.16 but your dividend shares will be at whatever PPS IVOI is at- ARSC doesn't currently own any HYDRA/Innovations shares, only IVOI
Winkie your divvy isn't dependent upon the .08 to .16 pps. That's all wrong. It's based upon the number of shares between IVOI and HYDRA and both company's calculations of shares.
All the ignorance will be cleared up shortly I'm sure. We are all confused at this point. One thing I know for certain that once it all takes place, set and done, we will know for certain.
