One of the positive aspects of having a lot of shares is a cheap take out is unlikely. I am sure many here were aware of the BHP attempt at taking out POT.the Canadian gov't stepped in but it was followed by a stock split .This would make any future take out damn near impossible. That's why huge companies like CAMECO for example are always vulnerable (low share structure).Companies like Microsoft have a high share structure because it protected the principals on it's run up decades ago. RIMM is vulnerable ,because of the share structure.I could list example after example but the point is USSIF would only become vulnerable after the RS ,not before. Also, there has been talks for many months ,if not years of the Silver Valley being consolidated. MGN,RVM ,HL and USSIF are the players. My guess and it is just a guess would be 2 companies will form out of these four. This could happen any day ,week or month this year. Our share price right now would ,imo NOT be a factor. Our balance sheet .our reserves(resource means much less) and our infrastructure -land package are all very valuable. This will be the greatest year in this companies history because it is the first time in it's history that it has viable bargaining power and it is substantial.

Retiredyoung,

Curiously, I see no tears on any of the faces of the employees arriving for work. RC
