John, I couldn't agree more. I think we need to focus on the company we are in the process of becoming. This company will attract investors IMO. I will repost something I wrote some time back, my feelings haven't changed and I would like to see this discussion begin again.

I don't post much, I prefer to stay out of the fray. But, as I stated in a previous post, I lived for 30 years in Northern California. Long before legalization this area was know for MMJ production. Now with legalization, thousands of people who would have never considered agriculture as a source of income are now part of an army of growers. While it's true there have been raids on all parts of the supply chain, with a little investigation you would find that the people in trouble have let greed lead them outside the spirit of the law. The raids are on grower co-ops who try to produce hundreds of plants in one place. The law states people possessing a prescription can grow ten plants for personal consumption. Now look at this in terms of market forces. As large co-ops find themselves running up against the law, small growers are moving in to take up the slack. Small growers with ten plants can (with the use of info that can be purchased on the Budgenious website) produce up to ten pounds. So now the only way for those thousands of small time growers to separate themselves from the competition is the have their product scientifically tested. Now even as a small time grower you can prove the quality of your product to the dispensaries. The cost of this test is $50. Take a look at the cost of the product at any dispensary site and you will realize the cost of testing is a drop in the bucket. This IS the wave of the future. California will never give up this revenue stream. The state will continue to refine the way that this business is conducted and you can be sure testing of this product will continue and most likely will grow to cover other states as well. That being said I have made profit from RIGH's previous runs and thought I would not look back. But after seeing who the merger was with, and realizing the company was not growing or dispensing, but in fact was a company that would most likely BENEFIT from these crack downs, I have reinvested and I am quite happy to wait for the merger because I believe when we see the financial of this company the PPS will move accordingly. jmho

Someone posted an article on this board awhile back and it said that Budgenius was donating $250,000 to something....sorry I don't recall what it was, but if they can donate a quarter of a million dollars, they must be doing something right with regards to finacial ability/stability. I will try to look for that post and look for more info.
