Hope that they don't start dumping the convertibles....that wouldn't be very smart.

magnificent news!!!..absolutely!!! have been contemplating discussing on board the lack of experience, financing etc that epic has available to handle mmtc potential..remember, an earlier epic statement mentioning they hoped to sell (i believe) thirty units plus software the first year...small potatoes if mit1000a lives up to expectations..get the feeling brennan may know he has something here and wants to find an "experienced" distributor to handle the "load". also states he has a lot of confidence in product with existing financing...best pr for me in a long time!! go brennan!!

hi gang, emailed epic ceo mr. tucker to get his side of the recent mmtc pr...i've included only the text verbatim..tucks reply.."Michael,

I receive this e-mail from an EPIC Shareholder and was surprised to find you made a press release without our discussing it before hand as you said you would. Your representations and statements were and are not factual, except for the fact you rejected the idea of an exclusive license agreement which I submitted to you for discussion purposes and for which you arbitrarily published a press release that misrepresented what I was suggesting. I think it would be appropriate for you to put out a press release stating that certain portions were in error but that MIT had rejected the exclusive license agreement." i'm not exactly sure if this email has much value, just forwarding for folks to review. (fyi, i still own all mmtc share purchases).
