You'll need share buy backs, etc you mean. Not only that but you have more selling than anything even with the leaked MOTO emblem. There's no insider buying, buy backs, etc. Your closer to maxing out the AS and then an RS with your new Delaware Corp, Phoneguard and symbol change (PHNG) IMO
