Yeah that is great. Except for the fact that this management team would use the reverse split as a way to abuse their shareholders so they could dump more shares. Lets not give them an out with the reverse split. If they want to clean up the share structure they should be buying back shares. They have dangled that carrot for several months now. Its time for them to act on it.
