It's a paint job. Doesn't mean a thing other than making your portfolio look good and I don't know what you are laughing about! one of the reasons I sold was they had a pr stating that they closed on the property that they are occupying. It not true ST Wooten still owns the property and I believe it is being leased to Pharmstar.

So I've emailed Howard about the acquisition of the building that Pharmstar is currently in...

The PR from May 18 states that "On April 18, 2011, the Company entered into an agreement to purchase the facility, which is located in Wilson, North Carolina."

My question is that the PR simply states that an agreement was entered. We do not know the specifics of the agreement; therefore is it possible that Pharmstar is making payments to ST Wooten and won't own the building until the payments are finished????

Thoughts?
