AEXP not low. 8225 acers = 46.69 of MNLUs land so 20% of that is 9.338% of MNLUs total. .17 - 90.662 % = .0154. So the market just corrected for this. Man am i glad i did not sell my MNLU to buy AEXP for year end tax loss.
