I can't say Tony Baloney sounds defeated. He still is pompous arrogant, and a compulsive liar IMO. Those traits will be hard to break, just like a bad habit like smoking or excessive drinking.

Money has been made on this P+D, and he is looking for a way out just like SREH and ENTI. In time he will look for a new scheme, and a group naive investors.
