There is no reason to file this information until you are ready to uplist. No company in there right mind would post earnings and that they are turning a profit ready to uplist. That info comes out right after when it is to late to do anything and about it from a shareholder point of view.
Not to mention the quiet period when they can't post this info if they file the S-1. Its gonna be a little longer haul give it 6 months.
