If there is going to be some type of "share re-structure" it would make sense that any positive pr would be released following that split or buyback. I've experienced this with a few other co.'s. They use the positive news to support the share price after a split or consolidation. However usually there's a period where the company doesn't trade which can vary. During this period there can be more selling by the company at the new pps.
The one positive about a split of anykind when a stock is beaten down like this is; after the split, the pps tends to hold its value due to the excessive selling prior to the split. I personally believe this is Pgie's next move. All that said, nows not the time to sell imo,...a time to buy or hold.
