Yes, I liked the responses, nicely put. I view their investment in AMVS as a positive, showing their belief in the company. I don't know about dilution, but the O/S hasn't changed in the last few months.

I like the fact they are no longer pursuing the BDC track, very strong indication that Paul, etc are correcting past mistakes/misdirections/etc... and interviews with MT and Paul coming, that's fantastic!!

Just to clear it up.. a BDC would allow them to sell $5mil of stock a year, they cancelled those plans, so this is very good.
