The real reason is that he had "pre-mature alertulation". He alerted it too early, the filings weren't ready to hit yet, and he got caught with shares averaged in too high. Now, because things didn't progress overnight, all his $ is tied up is my guess. I peg this guy as a novice trader that's whyt I say all his $ is prob. tied up here. We all know these R/M's take time. Patience will prevail here for sure.
