Mr. Dar must be affliated with the Saudi group in San Diego and the Blackhawk group must be the firm they were referring to in that n.r. If that is true then this all makes sense, otherwise he doesn't really know who Mr. Dar is, IMHO. And if Mr. Dar is taking over the Boliva mine then we have a major investor too, so Hee Haw is right, my friend.
