Hector doesn't seem to have the same fire that drives Jerry. All of his cheap shots sound rather uninspiring, stuff that would disappoint even the 'Droids.

It's possible that Hector is trying to be more like Craig Barrett in the same way that Jerry Sanders was trying to be more like Andy Grove.
