I think they are trying to develop a voice biometric system to combat fraudulent use of credit over phone and other voice activated credits and payments. They have some way to go. Right now they are simply collecting a small initial data base, probably to improve their algorithm. I have just called the number myself, and it went through three cycles before it finally got it, that must be due to my heavy "foreign" accent.
