So I called Holiday Transfer who is the TA for PBSS to see how many, if any, shares we get of PBSS as a result of the SETG merger with PBSS. Dude, can you tell me the o\s for PBSS? Sure...they just did a 1:10 r\s sothe o\s is 1,660,000. How much of that is restricted? I don't give that info out. I say that figure is only the shares of KRMA, ie the predecessor company of PBSS and does not include the shares of Summit. Huh, he says? Yeah, Dude...I own shares in a company, Summit Entertainment, that merged with PBSS & I am supposed to get some shares in PBSS as a result of the merger. I don't know nothing about that, he says, & we only find out about that when the company tells us. His final words...
