...I guess it means that if we had 100,000 shares of SETG before the merger, we now have 10,000 shares of PBSS. We need to find out the o\s & float after the merger & r\s cause according to the calcs I did, it LOOKS like the o\s is 2,880,000 and the float is around 910,000 shares. KRMA had 60% of it's 16,600,000 shares or about 10 mil shares that were owned by insiders. SETG had 12,000,000 shares issued of which the float was 2,500,000.
