If they have 40m shares of common stock registered at an offering price of $.0014 for non-employee consultants, a 1000 split for example would take this to $1.40. This is totally meaningless under the new Plan structure which indicates that they must have already rec'd funding to be able to execute it and which should counteract any adverse pps activity IMO.

I dont think the comp is drowning because w/o a credible bus concept they couldnt have rec'd funding out of which the 40m were born IMO. It's for the new contractors/reps to make the comp economically viable which puts pps climbs into effect.
Once that process has started, the SS shouldnt be an issue.
