The disclaimer looked normal for listing changes recently announced...No one is guaranteed anything...but it would be an oddity to see anything other than a smooth transition to another trading platform lower...A lower trading platform could be licking their lips for the added trading volume...
The company issued a pr on another quarterly filing delay on the evening of the 12th...And recieved a formal letter of resignation from the previous auditors on the 13th per recent 8-K disclosure...
