Hey I hear you and understand. It's just interesting that they didn't characterize the transaction as a reverse merger thats all. With all the negative publicity regarding reverse mergers, I think I understand why they didn't characterize the transaction by saying "in a reverse merger transaction". Given all the bad reverse merger news in the press, it makes sense to omit that characterization.
