I just tried to look but couldnt find where I saw he had the voting stock. I'll keep looking but take your word. While I was looking I ran across this little bit in an announcement. Should have been a red flag:

Float: Other than the 18 % restricted, rest of the shares are freely tradable or would be in very near future. (Probably flooded us with shares that were previously not trading. Makes me think...).

I just don't get where they made all the money on this...
