One would think an analyst would do due diligence by,at a minimum, contacting the company.

I know the attorney needs to interview management and I mentioned this.

The attorney needs to interview management and the directors, review the filings and resubmit it.

And who knows what the company's attorney advised them to say or not say. All I'm saying is I think some clarity could be helpful on the status of it's refiling. This issue has gone on for months and months now. To say nothing to shareholders and let this issue just fester on, could explain some of the recent retracement in EXTO shares since September. If the company could provide some disclosure, however small, as to their expectations on when a resubmission would might be completed, it could provide a catalyst for EXTO shares to move higher. I am of the opinion that more disclosure is always better than no disclosure.
