There is no employment dispute. It has been resolved in favor of the former employee and against Spencer. The only disputes now are the former employee's defamation lawsuit and Spencer's pretend counterclaims and his POISED arbitration claim, which likely seeks the same damages as his counterclaims. Can spencer sue in court for the same damages he seeks in the arbitration? Is he barred from doing so? Are his counterclaims a legal rejection of his right to seek a remedy under JAMS? Alot of potential litigation lies ahead as the courts sort out these questions. Fortunately, GOSY has plenty of money to pay their lawyers.
The Chinese could care less about this little employment dispute. You are correct in that regard! The company has so much going for it now with their international business this employment dispute is very minor, imo.
