Yes they do, the A/S is very high. But you are still sidestepping the original question.. How can HNSS dilute if the TA is not active?

The simple answer is they cannot. HNSS does not have the ability to personally sell shares from the A/S into the market. They have to go to the TA and say, "Please sell XX amount of shares from the A/S into the market". Since the TA is not active, what other way would HNSS be able to dilute? THEY WOULDN'T.

I'm not saying the O/S won't be higher next time we get a report, we could be seeing restricted shares that have become free trading being sold into the market right now. But the company has been physically unable to dilute for the past month.

PS: If you did even the smallest amount of DD, you would have known all of this already. A simple email to the TA confirmed this in a matter of 10 minutes.
