At some point, the warrants should go up more or less penny for penny with the underlying equity... arbitrage should see to that.

Compare WRM to GSC.WT which I also own. GSC warrant currently $1.25, GSC currently $3.31. Warrants buy one share at $2.28, so the premium is much lower ($.22) and the leverage is much better. But, warrants only good to mid 2004 and trading volume is low.
