You mean the 5-pages to the mediator?

You won't see those. That's between the parties and the mediator. The previous meditations with the EC and other parties followed the same procedure -- 5 pages to the mediator, confidential to the mediator.

Suggest you read rule 9019-5

"{The 5-page} Submission shall not be filed with the Court and the Court shall not have access to the Submission."
