Dont count on it! LOL Frank has a way of self serving and not worrying about the stake holders that have kept him afloat for years...He seems to repeat this behavior year after year after year..same ole story...rinse wash repeat...My guess would be fluff and fluff only...here is hoping I am dead wrong..since April I have been on spot...I would gladly eat a nice healthy serving of crow...but this is way too easy to predict give the track record etc...
