After the recent judgment, the tree huggers have no grounds to create anymore issues until after the permitting is submitted and open for public comments. Pebble will go through without any issues.
That being said, I don't think investors will keep their hands tied for investing in BCSP. Drilling in BCSP is scheduled to start in May 2012.
