They might be looking to sell or be taken over by another company.

Why else would they need a new one? This might get their name out there more to field offers.

Again, this company is making money but due to admistrative fees...aka getting paid out to employees is where it all goes.

This looks like a dead deal.

This news for ESPI is very important and much bigger than what I believe the market realizes right now. A little later in the day I will organize some thoughts and post why. Having them on board is huge in my opinion.
