Yes, he told us that they had approved funding on a project by project basis. Were these just blatant lies? I know some things just don't work out and he is grasping at straws, but he has to stop reporting that things are DONE when they are not. I think this is outside of the bounds of forward looking statements. IMO, put a fork in it.
The interim report only covers up to the end of June 2011. FMNJ needs at least 2 more to be up to the current date which we will not see until maybe January or March.
