As I read it, this revision goes back many years to correct some flaws in data analysis. Basically showing the housing recession was even bigger than originally thought but appears to be not much more than a correcting of historical data with almost no changes going forward. Probably didn't cause any problems at the time either since noone was lulled into thinking we didn't have a problem at the time-just turned out to be bigger problem. Sounds like you'd rather they kept it to themselves!? Lol.
