Deficiency Issue 2: Underground Map
Enclosed per your request are two full size copies of the Silver Wing Underground Map of the main level
with the location of the suspected primary underground water source and possible locations for a
tunnel closure bulkhead.
Also shown on the map are the locations of several core drill holes that were drilled in 1956, and the
location of several long -holes drilled into the drift walls in 1966 -1967. It is believed that none of these
features were closed. All of these features will be visually inspected for potential sources of water
inflows as part of the underground hydrologic investigation.
