The Company SOLD all of it's A/S into the Float and now they need MONEY to pay for the MERGERS!

This means they will either increase A/S now and continue selling or they will R/S the stock and screw the shareholders even worse. Regardless the money has to come from somewhere and that means investors pockets.

It's a SELL SELL SELL in my opinion. If your thinking of buying, it's a wait and see, don't jump the gun, play it safe and watch from the sidelines unless something huge happens.
