Of those he mentions only BTX did much of anything yesterday and it had both important news and a very high short interest. In fact I bought on the PR before I ever saw the Mauldin release.

NNVC has a low short interest. Still oversold enough to get some movement but it will take some good PR to get price back to $1.00
