Today is a very special day for me in NVEI it is my 5th year anniversary. On 7/18/00 I bought my first 430 shares on NVEI @ $11.43. I still have them and $65,000 worth later I still have all of them.

Now, this is not a personal attack it is a recommendation.
You need help from a professional.

#1 you did not answer my questions witch leads me to think you are involved in a scams/scam team.

#2 by what you said I think you will be around a long time or till the boys in white come for you.

Q.1. Why do you believe NV after all those lies in PR's and other modes of contact with shareholders you continue to support a criminal operation?

A. Because they are running the business and your not. You don't qualify as a business man to know what is going on.

Q.2. Own 144s? Warrants? Listed as a consultant in a filing?

A. Nope all market orders.

Q.3. Are you being paid to keep board positive?
Or were you asked to?

A. No and No, I took it upon myself and started getting fan mail from the longs saying "thinks taking on excel bad enough the stock is down and we have him around, he is very annoying."

Q.4. Were you told to take it to chat room in order to keep the cult strong?

A. Once again it was my idea, it worked so well in ichat I thought I would stat it up again, If you showed up we could give you the boot lol

Q.5. Do you care about the elderly who are in this stock or ones no longer in it what has happened to their future?

Q.6.Do you realize after being lied to by SCAM TEAM they will never be able to recover?

A. Would being bought out under $400 a share meet your definition of not recovering?
I think being removed from all markets and folks going to jail would say they would never recover. Didn't happen yet and NVEI is in the best position to market the tech.

Q.7. No one could know that, we don't have to know.
What I think is it probably would cost NV less settle then to be found innocent, they do have to pay for council to defend them.

Q.8. If Brad and rest of SCAM TEAM had an ounce of Integrity do you believe they would still take bonuses?

A. We don't know what is going on
HelloSoft is being paid in shares to complete the tech. Not sure how much but its probably more then this bonuses.

Q.9. Are not bonuses to be given to ones who have performed?
Brought shareholder value not taken away 98% of it?

In closing

I answered these questions because it was the first time and my last.
