1) Minimum PPS
2) Potential resolution of Well Notice (but this may not influence uplisting criteria)
3) Complete BOD and company governance
4) Minimum revenues requirement if going NasDaq

JBII has all the requirements for uplist.....cept for stock price.......and that's coming..........z
