Pay_tience - Although I too believe we have alot to be gained from infringing companies (approximately 150 of them) I do think we've already gotten all we are going to from INTC. My guess is a one time payment of $20M split 50/50 minus expenses. A very paltry sum if true... and I don't know that it is. Some hypothesize that we get this every year for the next 10 years... I tend to doubt this because of the pps. Someone would get a whiff of that... and the price would follow accordingly. It hasn't... thus we await the settlements from others to see how we can add to this. If our attorney's are worth their mettle we should see substantial revenues from the Fujitsu et. al settlement and others to follow. I find it disturbing that the pps is down here... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how much our patents should be worth, yet the markets have taken a wait and see aproach. There is a reason for this... I just don't know what it is yet. We should hear something next week regarding the Fujitsu case... although it'll be awhile before it is fully settled... probably some time in September. We shall see.
