That's right, but if it was a six month or one year contract, it would probably be for more shares. Three months will determine if they can deliver. I don't know if the contract is exclusive to Mirador. If it is,then David's released at the end of three months.
Currently, 1 million shares is only worth like $2500. If they can get the share price up to a dollar, then those shares are worth $1 million. Not a bad chunk of change for finding a few investors.
