Thanks for the update.

This is getting ready from the looks of it to Blow up on the Upside in a serious way.

.05-.10 short term IMO as the Float disappears into strong hands.

Float is pretty much gone IMO and the Smart Money is loading these prices.

Once the filings hit this this should easily hit .10 and higher levels IMO.

we are waiting on closing here and then atty letter to respect of current info and then balance sheets for next tier really cool company going in with assets,hope this helps for now guys hang tight
