2. I'm buying my Mother a computer photo printer for her birthday. I know you love photography. Which computer photo printer would you recommend getting and why??

I say stay away, burn the pics on the cd and bring them to a photo place, down the road you'll save $. I'm not sure where you are but in NY you can print 4x6 for like .20-.30 so its quite reasonable.

Patience,

1. You might need more Patience on PTSC. IMO, the momo could stay at the beginning of August until the earnings, you need two more weeks of waiting. If I have time, I would dig more on their lawsuits with these Japanese companies. But heck, they even have not put a PR out on that INTEL deal, this is simple amazing.

2. You should consider to print at Sam's Club or Costco first before you want to print on a photo printer. The cost to print at Sam's or Costco is $0.11 per photo, the cost to print on your own color printer is $0.50 to $0.80 per photo (inks and photopapers).

3. If you insist to buy a photo printer, go with Epson or Canon.

4. If she wants to print 4x 6 color pictures on a printer, and don't use the printer to do anything else, you can buy her a Hi Touch Dye Diffusion Thermal photo printer. http://www.hi-ti.com/english/ , the printer is fast and the print quality is amazing, I bought one several years ago, the cost per print is like $0.20 to 0.30. Also, she doesn't need a computer to print.
