Same old story for us all.We suckers buy the shares at high prices and some very lucky others buy them when they hit the floor.Perhaps Mr. Bannister could please answer the following questions. I am told he reads this message board every day.
1.Has the Board issued shares in lieu of payment to directors (himself included)? If so how many and when?
2.Is it true that the Company has no cash?
3.Why the secrecy about the 350euro millions Line of Credit?
4.Why does the Company never answer the phone to any of us? Is it because there is no office,no staff,no nothing.I have spoken to 5 stockholders in the past week and we are all have that sinking feeling.
5.Mr.Bannister promised a new website weeks ago.Where is it Mr.B?
6.How much did Mr.B pay A Reda?
7.How much did Mr.B pay J Harnett? Why did he fire such a really guy who could have worked Ireland for all stockholders.
8.Mr B needs to inform us of just how much he has been paid by us in fees, shares and first class travel.
Not going to be a happy Christmas for some shareholders.

With FGBF on the gray market it is hit or miss. You have to find an exact match to your lot. (i.e. you must identify your qty lot (1000) and your pps ($0.08) and maybe even your broker, then a buyer must request exactly what you are offering). It seems to be a guessing game right now. It is almost like blind buying on the GM.
