I don't think so. SIAF has assigned WSG and then WSG has used Lebed to promote SIAF. At least this is what I think. WSG will be working on this project for 6 months and Lebed is paid only for one.
Which means that the guy has to make an impact somehow during that period. But the stocks he will receive are restricted for 6 months. Hope he is working hard on the case;)
