yes, jagman, your math is correct.
When will this product actually be on the market?
we don't know, but the 10Q says a product could be on the market 6 to 9 months after FDA approval. If a Biophan-coated BSX stent is fully developed and ready for testing, it could be on track for a 510 FDA approval, which would take about 6 months. So for now perhaps the answer is a year to 18 months for product shipment. There are other revenue opportunities that precede this, however. Biophan will get an annual maintenance fee, and milestone payments. I am assuming that a 510 approval is a milestone, so we could see several million dollars in revenue for that...in six months???? Just a guess, trying to hash out a timeline. And dont forget about other products, and also other deals with different companies. I, for one, think that BSX is already testing for 510 approval, but I have nothing on which to back that up, its just a hunch.

Jagman,

When is BIPH expected to make any revenue off of BSX?

In a few weeks at least unless the deal somehow falls apart.

I am well aware that you were referring to product revenue but money is fungible. I expect that that there will be additional licensing revenues in the near future that should include recurring maintenance payment. There are even some revenues reported for the 10%-owned Squiggle motor though it appears that Squiggle will be a small cash drain rather than being a cash cow for the foreseeable future.

A suggestion for you, Jagman.

The day the first significant medical device incorporating BIPH's technology is approved for marketing may be a more propitious time to sell rather than buy the stock of BIPH.

The market is always forward looking while some investors are not and traders never are.

To answer your question directly, only God knows when or if any product incorporating any of BIPH's technology will reach the market. He doesn't speak to some of us.

All JMO.

Best, Terry
