This is all true, but netflix does about 250 million just in advertising. This is more than 1/3 there revenue.

The thing that looks to set them apart is the affilate program VMH has set up. Its pretty amazing.

Sure VMH is not of calibar of netflix (yet) but you gotta think if they do grab 1/3 of the netflix's revenue, this will give them over 200 million revenue with much less expences. At 1/3 of netflix with a similiar capital structure that put's VMH PPS around $5.00 per share. This would be up from $0.10.

Im not looking at it to see if they will overcome the industry, just to see if i can get a good of on my investment. And looking at the numbers it would seem so.
